Are your products customisable?

We do not offer customisation. Because we use Freedom Trade practices, all of our items are made weeks in advance. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to change the product.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

The current pandemic / holiday has had a significant affect on Royal Mail delivery services.

Currently this can be up to 10 days past the delivery date for UK orders, and 3-8 weeks for Non-UK orders. If you’re concerned about your order feel free to request your tracing code via email, this will tell you the stage of your order.

We will need your 4 digit order number and full delivery address to find your code.

The tracking number that you gave me isn’t working?

Your Track & Trace number simply traces the stage of your parcel.

It will let you know if it's still being packed, awaiting delivery or has been delivered.

If you would prefer to know the location of your parcel, this option can be upgraded at the checkout for an additional cost. 

My bracelet/anklet won't open/close?

All adjustable jewellery has 2 strings, you must pull the jewellery to open it and pull both strings at the end to close. Some may be stiffer than others due to the different threads used, but they will always open.

When will this item be coming pack into stock?

Because we use Freedom Trade practices, our restock dates are not so specific.

We recommend to check back on the website regularly as we update stock as soon as it's available in the warehouse.

What is this product made of?

All of our jewellery is made to be comfortable, with soft threads and tarnish-free beads. Any components that are socially sensitive e.g leather, will be stated in the product description.

There is a problem with my item what do I do?

Please pop us over an email with an image and your 4 digit order number and we will see what we can do!

Can I sell your products?

I’ve changed my mind about my items, how do I return?

You can out more information about returns by going to our 'Delivery & Returns' page, please include your invoice in the parcel.
