Orders placed before 12pm ship the same day (excluding weekends and uk public holidays).

UK Shipping

• All orders ship from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail or DPD services.
• We offer free UK shipping for orders over £25 - sent with Royal Mails 2nd Class service.
• Shipping options include Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class and DPD Next Day.
• Delivery times: Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days), Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-5 working days), DPD Next Working Day (excluding Saturdays).
• Free collection is available from our Bournemouth warehouse - just select 'Local Pickup' at checkout!

Worldwide Shipping:

• EU orders should be placed via our Etsy store.
• International orders are fully tracked with estimated delivery times of 1-2 weeks after dispatch.
• Check for delays in your country via Royal Mail's website.
