Meet the Jewellery Makers - Behind The Scenes

Pineapple Island has always had a place in its heart for Bali. After visiting many times we knew we wanted to create some beautiful pieces of jewellery whilst supporting families who live in Bali with Freedom-trade practices.

Nestled in the south of Bali our journey begins with our lead artisan and jewellery maker, Trevi!

We have worked with Trevi for four years! She is our main communicator and artisan throughout the process of jewellery making. Here she is in the studio assembling some of our new product designs ready for Spring.

Focusing on natural stones and materials, Trevi is able to create beautiful designs that remind us of our beautiful planet.

-

When it comes to creating our finer gold and silver-plated jewellery, we know we can rely on our artisan Made Guna.

Made works mainly in the evenings due to being a freelance worker. With other responsibilities, he finds quiet time in the evenings to carve and mould our jewellery ready for the silver and gold making process.

We hope to visit Bali and our team again soon,  we can't thank them enough for their artisanal skills.

From Bali to your door, we hope you've enjoyed this sneak peek into the studio and behind the scenes look in to how our jewellery is made.
