Delivery & returns
We ship all orders directly from our UK warehouse. Orders are not processed at weekends or bank holidays.
We are working super hard to continue to send out our handmade items during these uncertain times. Despite our best efforts, some areas of the world are experiencing a reduction in delivery service levels. We advise you to check if your country is affected by clicking here, and we kindly ask for your patience at this time to allow extra time for delivery.
Our UK parcels are tracked but currently do not require a signature therefore no human contact is required. Please see Royal Mail's website for further information.
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
All orders are shipping from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail services.

Same day dispatch
- Next day delivery orders must be placed before 12pm to be shipped that day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
- International shipping Royal Mail service. Delivery estimate 3-5 working days from dispatch.
- If you are a customer ordering outside of the UK and have not upgraded to tracked international shipping you cannot track your order and we will not be liable for missing/lost items.
- Please ensure you enter your correct delivery address when placing an order as Pineapple Island cannot be responsible for redelivery costs if returned to our warehouse.
We use reliable post services to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. For reasons out of our control, very rarely post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to assist you. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK orders, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns & Replacements
All returns must be returned undamaged including all labels and swing tags, in a saleable condition. Only items purchased at the Pineapple Island Online Shop can be returned to the Pineapple Island Online Shop. Items bought from the Pineapple Island Online Shop cannot be returned to stores. The cost of the item will be refunded as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order. Goods must be returned within 28 days of the despatch date. If you are returning Pineapple Island goods please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us before hand. We recommend that returned items are sent using recorded delivery. All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. Pineapple Island will not be held liable for returns lost in transit.
