Delivery & returns
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
All orders are shipping from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail and DPD services.
All tracked orders can be tracked at www.royalmail.com
Next Day Delivery
- Next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm to be shipped that day. They will be delivered on the next working day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
- Untracked international shipping costs £3.50. Delivery estimate 1-4 weeks from dispatch (usually delivered in 2-3 weeks).
- Tracked international shipping costs £8.95 and the tracking number will be available upon request. Delivery estimate 1-2 weeks from dispatch.
- If you have not chosen tracked shipping you cannot track your order and we will not be liable for missing/lost items.
- Please ensure you enter your correct delivery address when placing an order as Pineapple Island cannot be responsible for redelivery costs if returned to our warehouse.
We use reliable post services to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. For reasons out of our control, very rarely post can be either delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all we can to assist you. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK orders, please wait for at least 2 weeks before contacting us.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns & Replacements
All returns must be returned undamaged including all labels and swing tags, in a saleable condition. Only items purchased at the Pineapple Island Online Shop can be returned to the Pineapple Island Online Shop. Items bought from the Pineapple Island Online Shop cannot be returned to stores. The cost of the item will be refunded as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order. Goods must be returned within 28 days of the despatch date. If you are returning Pineapple Island goods please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us before hand. We recommend that returned items are sent using recorded delivery. All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. Pineapple Island will not be held liable for returns lost in transit.
