Our bracelets, anklets and necklaces made from various materials are designed to be tied on once and worn everyday for the classic surf look.
However, our plated items need a bit of extra love and care so please follow the guide below:
1) Keep them away from moisture
2) Remove before entering water
3) Apply perfumes and lotions before wearing
4) Remove when sleeping
5) Store neatly to avoid tangling
We do not offer customisation. All of our items are made weeks in advance by artisan makers in Bali. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to change the product.
We use a range of materials to make our products. Examples include: Cowries Shells, Wax Cotton Thread, Recycled Polyester, Silk Nylon Thread, Wooden Beads, Polymer Clay Beads etc. Our silver plated & gold plated items have metal alloy base. Each product description will include breakdowns of the materials and metal bases. Any components that are socially sensitive e.g leather, will be stated in the product description.
All adjustable jewellery has 2 strings, you must pull the jewellery to open it and pull both strings at the end to close. Some may be stiffer than others due to the different threads used, but they will always open.
As our items are pre-made in Bali our restock dates are not so specific. We suggest searching the item you would like and clicking "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE".
If you cannot find the item online it's likely it has been discontinued.
If you’re concerned about your order we suggest following the tracking link sent to you by email. For delivery times please go to our delivery & Returns page. If your order is later than expected please send us an email with your delivery address and order number. Our email is retail@pineapple-island.com.
If your order is showing as delivered but it is not with you, please check with your neighbours or any safe places the postal service may have left your order. We also suggest contating your local post office just incase it has been returned to them. If you have no luck after checking these places please email retail@pineapple-island.com.
Your Track & Trace number simply traces the stage of your parcel. It will let you know if it's still being packed, awaiting delivery or has been delivered. If you would prefer to know the location of your parcel, this option can be upgraded to tracked at the checkout for an additional cost.

International orders are sent with a fully tracked service, estimated, but not guaranteed delivery times for international standard shipping is currently 1-2 weeks after dispatch.
However some areas of the world are experiencing delays. We advise you to check if your country is affected by delays here - https://www.royalmail.com/international-in
Unfortunately we are unable to amend orders once they are placed due to our fast dispatch times. We advise customers to simply refuse the package upon delivery so that it’s returned to us.
Pineapple Island gift cards can only be used on pineapple-island.com, and are not valid for use on pop-up stalls or festival events. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. If lost, the value of your gift card will not be honored or replaced without proof of purchase and proper identification. If the amount of the online purchase exceeds the total of the gift card, the customer will have to pay the difference. Pineapple Island gift cards have no expiration date.
Each promotional code has a specified expiration date. We do not allow combined promotions, unless otherwise indicated.
