Returns Information

Our Returns Policy

30 day returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date from pineapple-island.com (please see below for steps on how to do so!)

Product Return conditions

We will only be able to take returns of items using the criteria below.

  • Products that are undamaged, still have all packaging, swing tags and are still in a saleable condition.
  • Only purchased directly from our website (www.pineapple-island.com) - any items purchased from pop-ups, wholesale stockists or amazon must contact the original source shop or please contact our customer service team via email at retail@pineapple-island.com who can try and help you further.
  • Earrings - In the interest of hygiene and your protection, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or any other pierced jewellery unless faulty.
  • Final Sale Promotion - any item sold during a 'final sale' promotion are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return postage costs

Please keep in mind that although we're happy to refund the full value of the item(s) or send out replacements upon return, we don't cover the cost of return shipping.

You'll be responsible for the return shipping expenses when returning or exchanging item(s).

How To Return Your Items

  1. Package your items back in the original Pineapple Island packaging.
  2. Inside the package please include a note with your name, order number and reason for the return or exchange - this helps speed things up when we receive it!
  3. Email our customer service team at retail@pineapple-island.com with details of your order number, the items you are returning or exchanging and why. They will provide you with the returns address too!
  4. Post your items back to us at your earliest convenience and remember to keep your proof of postage.
  5. Once your order has been delivered back to our warehouse, we will process your return or exchange and be in contact soon!

Refunding Your Return

We will always process refunds to the original payment method used for that order, this includes Pineapple Island E-Gift Cards.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will process it promptly and email you to let you know we've got it and include any further details or questions about your refund or exchange.

Once we have issued your refund, please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Product Warranty

Faulty Products

Our products come with a 1-year warranty!

If an item becomes faulty within this period, we'll be happy to refund or replace the item based on inventory availability 🧡 - no need to send the faulty item back to us, just get in contact and we will sort the rest!

Please contact our customer service team with details about the issue with the product, your order number and a clear photo of the product - just email us at retail@pineapple-island.com

Exceptions to our warranty include items that have been altered, lost or stolen and some bracelets from our style packs that aren't sold separately. We also cannot offer replacements for items with damage caused by misuse or regular wear and tear.

Replacements are only issued for items purchased directly through our website. If an item was purchased in-store with one of our wholesale partners, customers must contact the store for a replacement.
