Get cosy with our A/W photoshoot 2022
Did somebody say new products? You heard right! Yesterday we were in Cornwall filming our coolest shoot to date. We wanted to give you all an inside scoop behind the scenes...
This year we wanted to create a journey with you all, starting with a cosy night in Falmouth, Cornwall.
Can we just give a shoutout to the cutest house we found on Airbnb. Located in a little neighbourhood, this house was an absolute gem. Decorated with the cutest bohemian and surf accessories, we were spoilt for choice when it came to using props during the photoshoot.
We filmed the whole campaign in reverse, starting with the dinner party and ending with a daytime beach walk. The reason for this? The unpredictable and rainy English weather! As we wanted to capture an 'evening' vibe first thing in the morning, we spent most of the time with the curtains closed to get the right shots with ambient lighting.
Starting early doors, we kicked off our shoot with a very delicious dinner party. All the essentials you could need for a night in with your friends. Food, drinks and a good old game night sat by the fire.
With the help of Evie our photographer and Ben our videographer, we were able to get some really cool shots that perfectly captured the vibe we envisioned.
We then made our way down to Swanpool beach, ready to set up for a day by the sea. The sun was shining and it was GLORIOUS. Our models Kaya, Ellen and Jake showed us what it means to spend the day at the beach. Climbing rocks, staring into the ocean and of course, saying hello to all the very good doggos wandering by with their owners.
Once we got all the shots we needed we headed back to our location where we finished up the day with a cuppa by the fire. Myself, Alice and Becky couldn't be happier with the shoot and can't wait to see the final results. We're even more excited to share with you our new collection of surf jewellery which will be launching very soon!
